Hi Jasmine! Thank you for your inquiry. At this time, founder's regimen consists of Moroccanoil Restorative Hair Mask approximately once per week, supplemented intermittently by gobs of conditioner. Please be advised that a more rigorous hair care initiative is currently in development, with a focus on improved consistency, reduced flyaways, and overall product optimization. Regarding hair growth products, please consult with Jay on the benefits of regular nasal irrigation (neti pot). Internal studies have documented growth of up to 12 inches over a six-week period.
